Today we hoped to take the Bay Ocean Road which has been closed due to landslides. Unfortunately it is still closed after all the years
So we cut across on the 131 and went back down to the coast. Big trees and big views were the order of the day before a steep 3km climb with parts at 14%. Hard work but again we got rewarded by the view near the top
We arrived at Neskowin to stay at an old house on the seafront run by Nancy Spectacular views of the Pacific and a charming house with delightful hostess
This is a secret Airbnb and bikers only guest house. Well worth a detour to stay at this fantastic 101 year old seafront house
