Our journey draws to an end as we make our way up to Washington DC to catch our flight back to Belgium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We have a whole day in Richmond, mainly because we were way too early in Yorktown and we have time to spare. Changing our ticket is prohibitively expensive, so we have plenty of time to explore the State of Virginia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The ride up was almost exclusively on the ‘Capitol Trail’ which is a paved cycle track of about 80km through the beautiful Virginian forests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
